NEW / NOS / USED:
NEW means current stock being supplied to us by the manufacture or another source. NOS means New-Old-Stock that has never been used, but may be older or an earlier model and may be supplied from mass liquidators. Most NEW / NOS packaging is intact, however in rare cases some item may have been opened. USED means item has been in use, but is believed to be as described in the listing. In any case, items with a manufactures expiration date given will have that date stated in the listing. All other items will be assumed not to have, nor to require, an applicable expiration date.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
All NEW / NOS items carry only the manufactures limited warranty when applicable! When stated in the listing, Extended Limited Warranties backed by JenTek are in conjunction with the manufacturers limited warranty and simply extend their warranty and limitations to the term stated. During the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for both returning a defective item and the shipping a warranty replacement item. USED items are sold "As-Is". Exchanges will only be made if a NEW / NOS item is D.O.A. (Defective/Dead-On-Arrival), reported within 10 days of our shipping date and is returned with our RA Number! (Return Authorization Number) Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will only be given if an item is one-of-a-kind, no longer available or Back Ordered and cannot be supplied within 30 Days. It is to be understood that JenTek does not manufacture NEW / NOS units and our sole responsibility shall be limited to either repair / replace the item or to refund the purchase price. Under no circumstances is JenTek to be responsible for any consequential damages or any other warranty(s) either expressed or implied. When our auction header states, "Out of Stock", we are waiting for our suppliers re-stocking order to arrive. These auctions may have a number of the item shown as available. Our estimated expected receiving date shown above is based on information given us by our supplier. Should delays go beyond the estimated time, you will always have the option to request a full refund at any time before your purchase has been shipped.
SHIPPING POLICIES and SHIPPING / HANDLING / PACKAGING CHARGES (USA & CANADA):
