When our auction header states, "In Stock in Utah", you can be assured that your purchase will ship from Utah and within one business day after your cleared* payment is received from PayPal. (*Note: If you paid by eCheck, the clearing of your payment is delayed by PayPal about 4 business days. However, some have taken much longer! PayPal claims it is delays at your bank! These delays are beyond our control!) In the rare event of an inventory error, you will be notified for your choice of an immediate and full refund, or to be first in line for shipment when our re-stocking order arrives. Should delays go beyond our estimated time, you will always have the option to request a full refund at any time before your purchase has been shipped.
